12 Steps to Sleep-Wake Management

TWELVE STEPS OF SLEEP-WAKE MANAGEMENT FOR THE SOCIAL NETWORKERS

1) We are Social Networkers and its in our blood to look sharp, act on instinct and be effeciant. We have the ability of selective hearing, type almost 250 wpm, and have become familier with the shorten link option. With these skills we can now minimize our browser with facebook, myspace, and google search. Right click on the home screen> properties> general>settings>shorten link. Walla the Twelve Step Program is now 4. Excellent work!

2) Someone in the"This is how you are to live your life" department decided that we need 8 hours of sleep per night in a 24 hour period. Later someone else changed it to 6. We are Social Networkers and are exempt from any such guidelines. We use the "Trend" method. Trends show us that the Social Networker can function with little or no sleep using the Compress option. To use this option all you must do is be at work. when Twitter goes down, copy and paste open eyes to your face. Now you can compress your needed sleep into a smaller folder. Now the 3 hours of needed sleep can be accomplished in just 20 minutes.

3) Sleep is done. We are now ready to move on to Wake Management. Skip 3 and move to 4.

4) Stimulants have been proven to defer fatigue and enable us to have wake cycles that average 96 hours and more. Listed from least effective to very effective are; tea, coffee, daytime allergy medicine, loritabs, rydilyn, adderall, cocaine, amphetamine and methamphetamine. Choose any two and take twice daily.
